Athletic Clearance

All CVUSD High Schools are now using an on-line physical clearance process called www.athleticclearance.com. We are hoping this will save parents, athletes and coaches time and paperwork. Benefits include emails from the website letting parents know when their student’s physical will expire, and coaches being able to access emergency information via their cell phone. 

Below you will find a link to download the instructions for creating your www.athleticclearance.com account as well as a link to download the CVUSD sports physical form which you will have filled out by your doctor and will upload to your athletic clearance account.
